STAHL – Carl "Lenny" Stahl, beloved husband of Rae (Piaggi) Stahl for 41 years, passed away on Monday, April 16, 2012. Born November 11, 1941 in Dallas, Texas; the son of the late Carl and Lucielle (Eckel) Stahl. He worked for Pepsi Cola and 7 UP, Inc for many years finishing his career by retiring from T & M Builders in Torrington. He was an avid Woodworker and immensely enjoyed building things, including his daughter's homes, which was a dream come true for him. He was an avid member of the NRA and The Northwestern Connecticut Sportsman's Association. One of his fondest hobbies was working with his rifles and making ammunition. He also enjoyed his Harley Davidson, flying, sports (his beloved Cowboys) and the card league he played in regularly. Besides his loving wife, Lenny is survived by his devoted daughters, Tracy Michaud of Barkhamsted and Lynn Robotham and her husband John of West Hartland; and two beautiful granddaughters, Jayden and Karly. Friends may call on Friday, April 20, 2012 at Montano-Shea Funeral Home, 922 Main Street, Winsted from 5 – 8 PM. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, April 21, 2012 at Montano-Shea Funeral Home, Winsted at 10AM. Burial will follow at Barkhamsted Center Cemetery, Barkhamsted.
