Your father was a private person, but I had several conversations with him over the last few years and I liked him very much. He and I communicated about the state of affairs in OL especially after a storm. He also was nice enough to bring in my garbage pail for in our absence.
I wish I new him better.

Gerry and Tom Mulryan would be in attendance at most if not all state board meetings. Together, they advocated for our profession. On Tuesday, 8/14 Gerry's absence will be realized when we as a board meet in Hartford. He will only be absent physically. His emphasis on continuing education,proper embalming skills and funeral directing capabilities as well as always keeping our profession accountable to the public and to our profession will go on. He has been a force behind raising the bar and will be held in high esteem for many years to come. From our profession, past and present board members, our deepest sympathy and thank you Gerry.
