Guestbook for Sophie J. Deresienski Showing 1 - 4 of 4 entries.

My thoughts and prayers are with Father Stan and his family during this difficult time. While I had not the pleasure of knowing Mrs. Deresienski personally, I did via Father Stan during his years at St. Michael's School. Sophie Deresienski must have been an amazing woman! So many of us are grateful to her for the kind of mother she must surely have been.

In sympathy and remembrance,

Carol Bemis

Dear Fr. Stan, Susan and family:
Sophie was a long-time neighbor to my grandmother, Mary Perrone, on Becker Circle in Wilson. I remember hearing of their visits and senior activities, and so it was with sadness that I read her obituary this morning. I know they are reunited in a better place! I extend my prayers and condolences on her passing. Although I am unable to be present physically for her Mass because of parish commitments here, know that I will be with you spiritually, and will remember her, and you, in my Masses this weekend. May our Lord grant her eternal rest and peace!

Dear Stan, Susan and Sophie's family: I will be in Philadelphia on Saturday and so unable to attend Sophie's funeral. I have remembered her at Mass and will continue to keep her and all her loved ones in my prayers. God grant her all the joys of heaven, and to you all, the hope of the Resurrection. We will miss Sophie's visits to SMC! The smile in her picture will surely be remembered.
